Polyclinics and Pain Unit:  İn problems of musculoskeletal system, spinal pain (lowback, neck and back pain), joint pain (such as shoulder, elbow, hand, hip) and neuropathicpain (complex regional pain syndrome, diabetic neuropathic pain, neuropathic pain aftermedulla spinalis injury medical therapy, physical therapy agents, manual therapy(mobilization, manipulation), exercises, injections (trigger point injections, intra-articularinjections, nerve blocks) are applied.

Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment Unit: In the problems such as stroke, spinal cordinjury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, traumatic/anoxic braininjury, cerebral palsy, motor neuron diseases, poliomyelitis, muscle diseases, neuromuscularjunction diseases and other neurological diseases several neurodevelopmental treatmentapproaches, mirror therapy, body weight assisted walking training, electrical stimulation, virtual reality Wii, Wii Fit, balance and coordination training, kinesthetic skills training, spasticity treatment, medical botulinum toxin applications, physical therapy agents, occupational therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, injections, nerve blocks, mobilization, gaittraining and functional rehabilitation are applied.

Osteoporosis Polyclinic: Our patients are trained on medical treatment, prescriptionof an appropriate exercise program, balance and prevention of falls.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit: Exercise tolerance test, aerobic exercise, resistant musclestrengthening exercises and patient trainings are performed under ECG and blood pressuremonitoring on a patients with atherosclerotic heart diseases, congestive heart failure, rhythm disorders, other diseases that have undergone interventions such as pacemakerimplantation, heart transplantation, percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary bypass and other diseases with indications for exercise (such as chronic low back pain, spinalstenosis, fibromyalgia).

Electrophysiology Unit: Services are provided for consultations requested from allunits of our hospital and outside of our hospital, especially Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Nerve conduction studies, needleEMG, evoked potentials (SEP, MEP, VEP, BAEP), magnetic stimulation, repetitive stimulation, autonomic nervous system tests, electromyographic reaction time, single fiber EMG, reflexstudies, EMG-guided botulinum injection and intraoperative monitoring studies are done in our unit.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation Unit: In cruciate ligament lesions, meniscus lesions, osteoarthritis, before and after arthroplasty, before and after tendon transfer surgery, fractures, contractures and other orthopedic diseases; physical therapy agents, isokineticexercises, closed kinetic chain exercises, stretching exercises and balance exercises areapplied.

Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit: Neurodevelopmental treatment approaches, electricalstimulation, balance and coordination training, spasticity treatment, Botulinum toxininjection applications, physical therapy agents and orthotic applications are performed to thepatients with Cerebral palsy, meningomyelocele, congenital torticollis, postpartum brachialplexus injuries, neuromuscular diseases, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury, spinal cordinjury, childhood rheumatic diseases, metabolic diseases with musculoskeletal systemproblems.

Hand Rehabilitation Unit: For rehabilitation after hand problems, tendon cuts, nerveinjuries and fractures; physical therapy agents, manual therapy (mobilization, manipulation), exercises and orthotics training are given.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Unit: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, bronchial asthma, neuromuscular diseases, spinal cord injury, ankylosing spondylitis, cystic fibrosis, atelectasis and post-surgical diseases and conditionsaffecting the pulmonary system are treated by exercise tolerance test, breathing exercises, postural drainage techniques, calisthenic exercises, posture exercises, aerobic exercises, muscle strengthening and stretching exercises.

Urodynamics Laboratory: Evaluation of neurogenic bladder developing after diseasessuch as spinal cord injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation andfollow-up of neurogenic bladder are performed. Pressure-flow study (cystometry), uroflowmetry, urethral pressure measurement, urinary system electrophysiologicalexaminations are performed for evaluation.
